Terms of Service

The terms that apply to the AIACI™ website, programs, assessments, and credentials

Effective 24 August 2026

On This Page Agreement and scope Enrollment Fees and volume bookings Program delivery Assessment and credentials Acceptable use Cancellations and consumer rights Liability Contact us

1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to the website, programs, assessments, credential services, materials, and related services provided by AI Accreditation Institute Pty Ltd, trading as AIACI™ and the AI Accreditation Institute. In these terms, “AIACI”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AI Accreditation Institute Pty Ltd.

By using the website or asking us to provide a service, you agree to these terms. A paid enrollment may also be subject to an enrollment confirmation, invoice, program brief, organizational booking agreement, or other written terms supplied before acceptance. If those documents conflict with these terms, the more specific document applies to the extent of the conflict.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by us.

2. Enrollment

Submitting an inquiry or enrollment request is an application and does not guarantee a place. An enrollment becomes confirmed only when AIACI accepts it in writing and any required payment or agreed purchase-order step has been completed.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must promptly tell us if relevant information changes. We may ask for reasonable additional information to assess eligibility, administer a booking, protect academic integrity, or meet legal obligations.

Program prerequisites, dates, access periods, delivery details, assessment requirements, and included services will be set out on the relevant program page or in your enrollment confirmation.

3. Fees and Volume Booking Discounts

Unless stated otherwise, program prices are shown in United States dollars. Any applicable taxes, payment schedule, currency conversion, and transaction charges will be confirmed before enrollment is accepted. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Volume Booking Discounts may be available when multiple participants from the same organization enroll in eligible short courses within a rolling 12-month period. Eligibility, participant numbers, discount level, invoicing, substitutions, and booking period are confirmed in writing for each arrangement. A reference to potential discounts is not a promise that a particular booking will qualify.

If an organization pays for a participant, both the booking organization and participant must comply with the terms that apply to them. The booking organization remains responsible for agreed fees unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Program Delivery and Access

AIACI programs may be delivered online, asynchronously, through module-based materials, assessments, recorded submissions, written feedback, digital resources, or other methods described for the program. Unless expressly stated, a program does not include live teaching sessions.

We may make reasonable changes to curriculum, materials, sequencing, faculty, technology, or assessment administration to maintain quality, currency, security, or legal compliance. If a change materially reduces the service purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and applicable law.

You are responsible for suitable internet access, a compatible device, an active email address, and keeping any access credentials secure. Access is personal and may not be shared unless an organizational agreement expressly allows it.

5. Assessment, Integrity, and Credentials

Completion alone may not guarantee a credential. You must meet the assessment, participation, identity, and academic integrity requirements communicated for the program. Assessment decisions are made using the published or communicated criteria and may be subject to reasonable review or correction processes.

You must submit your own work, acknowledge permitted sources, follow instructions for the use of AI tools, and not falsify identity, experience, evidence, or assessment results. We may investigate suspected misconduct and may withhold, correct, suspend, or revoke a result or credential for fraud, material error, impersonation, serious misconduct, or misuse, using a fair process appropriate to the circumstances.

AIACI credentials are institute-issued educational credentials. They are not a government qualification, professional license, or certification by a third-party standards body unless we expressly state otherwise.

AIACI credentials are valid for three years from the date of issue. The initial three-year certification term is included in the program fee. Credential holders receive access to periodic AIACI update materials during their active certification term.

To renew for a further three years, holders must complete the current AIACI renewal module, pass the renewal assessment and pay the applicable renewal fee. The standard renewal fee is US$150 per credential or US$250 when renewing both the Executive AI Leadership and Applied AI Management credentials together.

A permanent record of program completion remains verifiable after the active certification period ends. However, only holders of an active credential may represent themselves as currently AIACI-certified.

Credential verification may display the holder’s name, program, identifier, issue date, active or expired status, and permanent completion record as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • copy, resell, publish, upload, distribute, or create derivative products from program materials except as expressly permitted
  • share access credentials, assessment questions, answer keys, confidential feedback, or restricted learning resources
  • circumvent security, interfere with services, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or attempt unauthorized access
  • misrepresent an AIACI credential, its status, your identity, or your relationship with AIACI
  • use the website, programs, materials, or credential service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights
  • harass faculty, participants, staff, or other users

We may take proportionate steps to protect participants, services, intellectual property, academic integrity, and legal rights. This may include restricting access while a serious issue is investigated.

7. Intellectual Property

AIACI or its licensors own the website, program materials, assessment content, branding, designs, videos, text, graphics, and other protected content. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant an enrolled participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use supplied materials for their own learning and internal professional reference during the applicable access period.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant AIACI a limited license to host, review, reproduce, annotate, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably needed to deliver, assess, secure, and administer the service or comply with law.

AIACI™, associated logos, and credential marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or a current credential status that does not exist.

8. Third-Party Services and Names

The website or programs may refer to third-party frameworks, laws, standards, organizations, technology, or services. Those references are for education and context. Unless expressly stated, they do not mean the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or is affiliated with AIACI.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AIACI is not responsible for a third party’s content, availability, or conduct, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Educational Purpose and Outcomes

Programs and materials provide general professional education. They are not legal, financial, investment, cybersecurity, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made in your organization and should obtain qualified advice for your circumstances.

Examples, case studies, frameworks, biographies, and faculty experience do not guarantee a particular business, employment, promotion, investment, compliance, or operational outcome.

10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Any cancellation, deferral, substitution, transfer, or refund rules specific to a program or Volume Booking Discount arrangement will be supplied before enrollment is accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service fails to meet a non-excludable guarantee, the remedies available depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Unless required by law or agreed in writing, a change of mind does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund after access to digital materials or services has begun.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You must not provide another person’s personal information unless you are authorized to do so and have provided any notice required by law.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, non-payment, unlawful conduct, security risk, academic misconduct, or conduct that materially harms participants, staff, services, or rights.

Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for fraud, serious misconduct, safety, security, or legal reasons. Provisions that are intended to continue, including payment, intellectual property, privacy, and liability provisions, survive termination.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIACI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising from use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again. This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful, including where a non-excludable consumer guarantee provides otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, security, governance, and professional review when applying educational material in your organization.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future use when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights, and material changes affecting an active paid enrollment will be communicated where required.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. The parties submit to courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under those laws. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
