Workflow redesign, team enablement, and measurable adoption — for managers and operational leaders running the day-to-day.
A practical, self-paced certification for the managers who will actually integrate AI into how their teams work. The program is structured around six modules covering opportunity identification, workflow redesign, tool selection, change management, and measurement.
The program is delivered fully online and asynchronously — there are no live sessions. Each module's material is released through our learning platform for participants to complete on their own schedule. Most modules include a short submission — a quiz response or a self-recorded video addressing a hypothetical workplace situation — with personalised feedback returned the following week. Some modules are study-only.
Every module is grounded in real workplace scenarios. Candidates apply each technique to a workflow inside their own organization, building a portfolio of redesigned processes by the end of the program.
Re-architect existing processes around AI rather than bolting it on — identifying which steps to automate, augment, or retain under human judgment.
Build the team practices, prompts, and shared standards that make AI usage consistent, safe, and reviewable across a function.
Evaluate AI tools on the dimensions that matter operationally: fit, integration, switching cost, data exposure, and total cost of ownership.
Move beyond pilots. Define adoption metrics, attribution methods, and the reporting cadence senior leaders need to see real impact.
Each module ends with a practical exercise applied to a real workflow inside the candidate's own organization.
A working manager's mental model of modern AI: what it can and cannot do, where it fails, and the vocabulary needed to make confident calls.
A structured method for finding high-value AI opportunities inside a team's existing workflows, scoring them, and sequencing them for delivery.
Re-architecting workflows around AI rather than bolting it on — automating, augmenting, or retaining steps with clear human oversight points.
Evaluating AI tools and platforms on the operational criteria that actually matter: fit, integration, data exposure, switching cost, and TCO.
Helping managers drive AI adoption through culture, capability building, workflow integration, and team engagement.
Defining the right adoption and impact metrics, attributing outcomes correctly, and reporting credibly upward to senior leadership.
