AI Capability Specialist – Education & Enablement
Apply for this roleCompany
AI Accreditation Institute (AIACI™) prepares and accredits the professionals accountable for AI decisions in complex organisations. As AI adoption scales from experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment, AIACI strengthens the judgment, capability, and governance discipline of those directing AI initiatives.
We work with executives and managers across financial services, healthcare, government, manufacturing, technology, and education — building strategic judgment for governing AI at leadership levels, and operational capability for integrating it into daily business execution. We exist to close the gap between technological advancement and responsible human decision-making in AI.
The Role
This is a full-time, remote role open to applicants anywhere in Australia. The role does require occasional travel within Australia to meet with clients, present educational content, and create educational content on site.
The AI Capability Specialist – Education & Enablement will design and deliver the education programs, workshops, and learning experiences that build AI governance and capability for executives and managers. You'll develop curricula, training materials, and learning assets aligned to AIACI's accreditation standards, tailoring content to different industries and seniority levels — and just as importantly, trimming each conversation to its audience so the message lands, whether you're with an operational manager or a C-suite leader.
Day to day, you'll facilitate training sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, support learners through structured guidance and feedback, and gather input to continually refine our programs. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, deliver capability-uplift sessions that move leaders from AI awareness to governed adoption, research AI governance and best practice, and maintain high-quality participant support throughout the learning journey.
Requirements
- Experience delivering structured learning programs, workshops, or professional development.
- Excellent communication skills — clear writing, confident presenting, and the ability to explain complex AI and governance concepts in accessible language tailored to the audience.
- A proven customer-service orientation, with a focus on building trusted relationships with participants and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work within Australia.
- Bachelor's degree in data/technology, business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in regulated or complex industries (e.g. financial services, healthcare, government) is an advantage.
